Yea I can attest to that - the waist ran big - but its the price you must pay for an awesome jean. I've got them in heavy rotation right now and I can tell you its a jean you don't want to sleep on. Very slim. I prefer the fading on these jeans to any of the jeans I have.

In short, buy them and wear a belt. Or have the waist tailored.
