"Baggy" Tailored Pants

Starting to get into Spring / Summer so time to start thinking of 'things I can wear with t-shirts.' No drop crotches allowed. Two I liked from Acne (im getting obsessed with Acne for some reason just recently).

the 'mumbai' that I think is already sold out.

Like $380 and nowhere to try them on but these are pretty damn ideal.

Navy is looking good to me since it works with my recent fascination with everything off-white (so if you see a nice pair that comes in an off-white color let me know!).

I get what he means though - full cut throughout the upper, but still tailored and relatively slim through the calves. (I think)

go to a store with a measuring tape in your pocket, steal measurements on the expensive pants, and get normal pants tailored to those specs

This sounds like a good way to get some really stupid looking pants (that and chinos are barely 'tailored' pants).

'Relaxed' is probably more the word I was looking for anyway

so i overexposed this to get some of the details down

pleated front, generous cut, interesting material (perforated cotton) at the waistband (which is wasted as I need to wear a belt until i tailor these bad boys)

Yeah, my dad would say they're slim, but compared to what I usually wear they're pretty generous.

maybe that's a better representation (once again, overexposed because they're black as night and you can't see anything otherwise)

I think the concern is that 1.) gap chino's aren't "tailored", they're too relaxed and such (too close to jeans) and 2.) that you'd end up with a material boy, tubby looking cut (baggy up top, slim at the bottom, but sloppily so)

i dunno guys, i tried on a pair.. might've been slim fits

and they fit nice knee up but cut straight down (wide knees and calves)

anyway, as if i would ever tailor pants
