What does "minimally re-worked crotch" mean exactly?

I had the crotch re-sewn. It looks better than the original IMO. I really thought I had measurements up, but here they are:

31" (79cm) inseam to bottom

16" (40.5cm) Waist Size

10 1/2" (27cm) Width of pants at thigh

7 1/4" (18.5cm) Pant Opening at bottom

Color is charcoal grey.

Back pocket opening is 51/2" Button closure with flapped cover.

Shirt measurements are:

From pit to bottom is 19 1/2"

Shoulder to Sleeve is 27"

Top of Back Neck to Bottom is 28"
