Skaters or Surfers?

are there any real skaters or surfers on supertalk...? i just read some other posting the refered to skating... but it seemed that the postees had no clue on the skate or surf world... just self cetered ideas on themselves.. just wondering if anyone has some clue here, at least on this subject... maybe we can share our favorite skate sites or parks...like kona, or concrete disciples check them out.... google them... it's a start to understanding something before u speak...

I used to skate a lot back in the day, but now I mostly concentrate on surfing...and despite all the negative press about New Jersey, we really do have some amazing beach breaks, and hurricane season almost always produces heavy barrels and great A-frames on the clean up! I'm certainly no pro but all in all I surf cause I love it, no other reason.

jersey definitely has some legit beach breaks although i've only seen pics in magazines.

i surf in south carolina so i don't really get any good surf except for hurricanes and random groundswells during the winter.

i've been doing it for 11 years and 2 years ago i surfed oceanside pier, trestles, and black's beach in california. it was amazing.

i used to work at jack's surf shop. i almost began to hate surfing because of my coworkers. quit in time/didn't get put back on the schedule after leaving.
