I've just bought the Tokyo guide but I'm having trouble printing it...it doesn't seemed to be formatted properly for printing as a booklet - like if you print it on landscape A4, duplexed and then fold it down the middle like a booklet, the pages are out of order (it goes page 3 then page 6 on the opposite side, then page 7 then 10 etc etc. Anyone else had this issue?

You're not folding it correctly, follow the instructions on the back page and you'll have a perfect booklet in order with the folded edges on the right side as you flip through it.
