And it took me a while to change my mind cuz' I couldn't join in with my lovely 44's.

Ah, what's to say about the shrinking/stretching on the 47's (don't wanna search the whole threads) waist/ inseamwise? I couldn't decide between 47's, 54's or 67's...

I would say go with the 54's just because no one else is using them, plus everyone has a pair of 47's haha

Do the 54's for sure! Slim fit, double needle arcs, leather tag... I woulda gone with these if they had my size.

Thanks for your suggestions guyz- I've already got the washed version of the 54's and they're incredibly cool (even if I know that not anybody would agree ) so the 54's are more or less 3rd choice. What about the shrinking/ stretching thing with the 47's ? Too bad that there isn't a 1955 model of the 501.

There are two members who are keen to join, sorting out their sizes and stuff. There are also a few who are liasing with me via email. Lack of stock is a problem and Levis doesn't have stock to rectify that

They actually want to start in January next year, so might be pushing it abit if we pull it forward to November.

I'm not the Joe you are asking but I have a waist around that size and I went with 30's and pre-soak it is fitting great in the waist already.

I'm a true 34 and I got the 78's in a tagged 32.

I agree Joe. Dec 1 is plenty good. I was just holding out hope that within the next month we might round out the 20 and be able to start a little early
