PENSIONES DE BARCELONA (Barcelona cheap hotels/apartment)

Hello

I'm looking for a good pensione in Barcelona.

A cheap one but not shady or dirty.

One with a shower and a bed and maybe a table and some chairs.

Maybe off Las Ramblas or in a cool neighborhood.

Anyone have any recommendations? Or maybe a good resource to find apartment rentals for a week?

hosteleurope.com ...there are tons everywhere, I know there is one on la placa real (on la rambla) that sounds like what you are looking for - 30-40 euro/night

I have booked online with the same company a couple of times - can't remembr or find the url at the moment however I think many of the apartments are listed with several letting companies so if you search on Google you should be ok

el born is the soho of barcelona, la ribera is nice, but there are more options closer to la rambla

It was a good deal. Our group consisted of 2 couples, so it ended up being 35 euro each a night for an (Ikea) nice apartment right in Plaza Real off Las Ramblas (I saw a riot from my window! Yes! And u can find hash in the square in 5 minutes! Perfect! Tip: Buy from Africans not Arabs! Don't buy drugs from the man with the crutch!)
