Another thread about ebay problems

I recently sold an item on ebay (serato scratch live, for those who are curious).

I forgot to include the usb cable in the package. The buyer told me that I had forgotten to send it. So I agreed to ship it immediately with tracking. So far, so good.

USPS totally fucked up (sent by first class) and the package somehow arrived 2 weeks later. The retarded buyer claimed that it was a "fraud" and threatened to do a charge-back when it had been 1 wk since I sent him the tracking number.

I messaged the buyer and told him that he could substitute the usb cable with another cable e.g. printer cable for the time being.

This AM he left me a NEGATIVE feedback saying that

Item was missing a key part.I was told to go buy one.Part arrived 2 weeks later.

I tried to retaliate by leaving a negative on the buyer but

it seems that sellers are not even allowed to leave negative feedbacks.

Combined with the ever-growing threat of electronic shoplifting aka fraudulent charge-backs, sellers can never feel at ease. Buyers always win.

It's unfair but there's little that I can do.

This really sucks.

Is there a way to get it removed from my profile?

Any one got a story to share?

sorry for the late night ranting
