that hem looks pretty fucked at the back.

waist measures almost 16 flat but fits smaller. Im almost a 30 waist and I do not need a belt. The inseam is 32, same as every pair of NC's under 28 waist. The frayed portion of the hem does go above the actual hem, it is just turned up in the pic.
