hows the shrinkage work for Lot 10 s5000vx ? Measurement indicates they are 32 inches for a tagged 31? Do they shrink to tagged or are these just mistagged?

On BiG it says 33 for w31 unsoaked, mine were 32.2 or something but less than 33 for sure, however I soaked them yesterday with a piece of wood in the waist (and some clamps at the waist button to take the tension), wore them today and it was fine ! (still a bit tight), resoaking them now in fact, so they are not for sale anymore.
