CDG H & M Genuine??

Trying to determine whether or not this shirt is fake http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200309684211&_trksid=p3907.m32&_trkparms=tab%3DWatching.....says its for H&M line and that it's short sleeve whereas the shirt in the collection is long sleeve?? Label also says made in china....do genuine CDG for H&M items have any made in ... tag?? Where are they made??
