Can anyone tell what year these are based on ? Are they worth buying at this price ?

THey're a generic 501 design, not based on any particular year. A friend has a pair, and they wear in pretty nicely. You often see them for circa $100 retail - this isn't a bad price, though personally I'd rahter pay the extra $$$ and buy LVC.

Ditto on that. Are those fade marks i see on those jeans? If so they are pretty funky looking.

At half the price of LVC they look 5 times cheaper to me. They fade marks are funky and totally fake looking. The selvage, well, it's there. I guess the cut isn't that bad , albeit "generic".

Those jeans other than those wear marks actually look decent, imo. The denim looks very slubby for new levis.

We have these at my store. The denim on them is nice for sure, but, yes, there is a weird generic fad pattern sanded onto them. They are still real dark though, probably only rinsed once at the factory. I'm thinking about getting a pair, starching and sanding, just to get some more normal fade lines on them, and just using them as a kick-around pair......The price is right afterall, for some redlines.
