80/20 ground beef mixed with finely chopped pepperonis and bacon, with some sprinkles of mozzarella and sauce, form very thin patties, then before cooking, lay two patties on top of eachother and fill the middle with pizza sauce and mozzarella. Pan fry. When finished, cover in more sauce and mozzarella. Serve in mini pizza crusts.
