Jennifer Love Hewitt probably still looks decent naked, but she's probably the most consistently worst-dressed celeb I can think of over such a long stretch of time. That kinda consistency is admirable.

Beyonce doesn't deserve to be on this list, esp. not for that fit.

The Sharon Stone outfit would be fine if she was a musician, but for someone who once looked so fuckable in a Dior ad not so long ago, this can't be excused. I think the commies really got to her.
