Ordering from ASOS in the US anyone?

shipping was expensive for a pair of shoes...I think like $22? Anyways, the shoes didn't fit and it cost me another $20 to ship back, and I didn't receive the original shipping in the refund. You'll be fine if your shit fits.

I have ordered a couple of times and had no major problems. They did fuck up my last order but they paid for the return shipping without any hassles. They will usually charge about 20-30 bucks on shipping but that's with vat included. Never had a problem with customs. If you get some shit that doesn't fit like capa did just sell it on supermarket.

got april77s for $8 shipping on two occasions. didn't pay customs on either.

my order was shipped on 24th november, still hasn't arrive. mailed them a couple of times, no respond till 3 days later when i spammed all the address they had. said my order was lost in transit and sent a replacement. i'm still waiting for my order.

I ordered my narrative boots a little bit ago from asos..

had no issues with them besides the shipping time which seemed like FOREVER..

they semi-made up for it by including a oatmeal raisin soft cookie.. which was delish
