Carpe Diem Measurements:

Outsole: Approx 12in/30.5cm

Insole: Approx. 11.3in28.5cm

These will definitely fit a true 43 & 44 thanks to the signature CDiem toebox, possibly a small 45. Measurement are deceiving due to the lifted toe.
