bird silhouette design - what brand is it?

I have been seeing this design out for a while. It's a silhouette of a bird (almost like a partridge) and i saw it as a teal blue screen on a white tee, or even red screen. I saw Ryan Devlin wear it on ET on MTV and that dude Daniel Franco from Project Runway wearing it in the first 2 episodes. Is anyone family with this brand? Sorry if this has been asked already, i put it on search, but did not find any threads. THANKS!

Also, wear can i buy Leather Nike BLazers online, or around NYC?
