Helmut Lang Denim Sizing

I was looking over the Helmut Lang denim that is marked down pretty heavily on Blueflry and was considering this pair:

However, I currently am somewhere around a 31" waist and like my jeans super-skinny so I'm worried about purchasing a size 32. Do they run true to size, small, or larger?

After looking at the runway collection these seem to be from (S/S 03), they really don't look that tight. Does anyone own this season that could take measurements in the waist/thighs/knees/leg openings for me?
