I bought it from there, 10/10 condition.

It's like velvety cotton filled with something... really puffy, almost feels like wearing a down jacket which is why the shoulder measurement is so big.

This piece is outerwear, not a blazer.

The collar can be worn up and buttoned like with most ann jackets of this style.
