Thigh: 11" (5" down from crouch)

These have never been worn out. I’ve soaked it once in hot/warm water. The waist still has room to shrink as it was elevated when it was soaked. They were hemmed/chainstitched by Self Edge. I bought a pair of Skull Jeans and I like the fit better. I bought this pair for about $340 after tax, you can have it for $190 shipped. My loss!
