Warehouse decisions

2000dB

Recommended Posts

I'm considering ordering a pair of Warehouse from Japan in the next few days.

I'm currently hesitating between two models which are the 1001 and 1003. Could someone point out the differences of these two models. The 1003 seems to be wider but I can't really tell from pics only.

Also, is it worth it to buy the 10th anniversary edition? What's different from the regular edition?

Thanks

The cuts are pretty similar. 1003 is the WWII repro, with no rivets on the 5th pocket, printed arcuates, the 1001 being a slim-ish '47 style fit.

I've not seen the 10th Anniversary's in the flesh yet, but they look like they are using similar denim to Warehouse's Digger styles. Lovely denim, slubby, oddly low-crocking. Very nice.

Yea i believe the 1003's are a WW2 model but im pretty sure the 1001xx are a 50's cut not 47 style cut, mine at least are pretty wide and less slim than a 47. So probably very similar other than the points ringring pointed out. And damn the 2 jeans pulling apart a horse is awesome.

You are right, the 1001xx are a wider 50s style cut.My mistake. Although there have been different 1001 variants and even different 1001xx's. For example the 1001xx shown in the link above...

....are different to the 10th Anniversary 1001xx's which have the 'Boba Fett' arcuates. Not just the arcuates, but the pocket shape and denim. The latest 1001's are different again.
