where are you measuring the sleeve from? is it from the pit to the end of the sleeve cuff? or from the shoulder to the cuff? clarify please.

Shoulder to cuff.

Chest measurement reflects zipped, laid flat, pit to pit. I would say it fits slimmer through the body than you might expect based on that number, pretty true to size.
