What cut of jeans do bathing ape mimic for their own?

I like them a lot, but I just wouldn't want to spend 300 bucks on a glorified pair of levis, so whats the deal? Are they levis inspired? and if so, which ones? STFs?

the cut is called "dumb baggy". 2 pieces of denim, as large as possible, sewn together. theres nothing more to it.

@ how much people hold onto stuff

my guess is several brans classic styles. They use varuois differnt cuts so its hard to say, but some look to mimic levis 501's and others look to mimic classic wranglers, and I'm sure there aer many more seeing as Nigo draws from a wide range of things to make his products
