i like this city very much

i know that there is a street in tokyo where there are only shops of skiwear and snowboarding

someone can tell me where is it ?

There is a large outdoor store just across from Shinjuku Eki. Pretty famous. You also try Shibuya, flagship stores for Patagonia and North Face are there.

Yes, you're right. Near Ochanomizu station there is street called Ogawamachi.

Is it about a 7 min walk from the south exit of the JR Ochanomizu station.

You go out the south exit (if you have to cross over the bridge, you are going in the wrong direction) and go down Shin-Ochanomizu dori until you hit the main intersection. (Shin-Ochanomizu dori is THE place in Tokyo to buy any musical instruments. There are rows of stores right next to each other and they are very competetive).

Turn left at the intersection and you'll be on Ogawamachi. It won't take you long to see all the sporting goods stores on either side of the street. Have fun!
