The alley is at my work, it is under 24/7 video surveillance, and there is ALWAYS someone smoking back there (co workers)...so I think I should be ok. Plus if it pulled out of either end of the alley someone would notice...

The alley folk in Seattle are very trustworthy individuals as long as they've got their crack pipes. You just have to watch out for that old man that's always drinking whiskey out of waxed dixie cups.
