Question about starting my own business

I recently decided I would like to pursue a passion project and begin a new business endeavor, however I have encountered a snag along the road. I want to open my lemonade stand in manhattan but after calculating my business expenses and accounting for Nominal and Real inflation, the rising cost of lemons, a necessity for a large number of solo cups, a demand for higher labor wages, the cost of obtaining a street vendor's license, gas to get to work everyday, etc, I have found that it would only be profitable if I sold lemonade at ten dollars a glass.

What should happen?

A) government should susidize

B) Operate at a loss in hopes of long term profit returns

C) the lemonade stand will operate at the shutdown rate
