How dark are Cheap Monday jeans?

I've been planning to pick up a pair of Cheap Mondays to tide me over until a Dior purchase and I really like the look of what I assume to be the 'Regular' fit in black w/ white seams (is this actually the regular fit or just a sized-up version of the tights?):

However, Caliroots is out of this style and their mailbox is full so I don't know if they'll be getting it back in. Even so, I'm not sure if it truly fits the look I want and all of the pics online are atrocious so I was hoping to get an opinion from those of you who have seen these jeans in person. I'm basically looking for a similar color to these Dior models, but with the stiffness found in the above Cheap Monday pic. Because of this I've been told to avoid the 'BlackBlack' wash as it seems to lack the necessary rigidity to bunch up.

I'd like to pick up a pair of the Dry Black but they really don't seem to be dark enough based on the Caliroots pictures. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Also I won't be washing these jeans so don't worry about the reduced quality post-wash.

I assume that the jeans you have linked to are "real" black.
