Short Pants?

whats up with this. im seeing pants now on people that dont touch their shoes...i think its alright with tapered dress pants ala dior. but with jeans? peoples opinions?

this summer i saw these two guys walking around in what looked like dickensian street urchin outfits:

denim blazers, completely, intentionally pre-distressed with threads hanging everywhere and flood jeans with the same ripped, thready and pre-distressed look.

i wanted to beat them up.

thankfully it's fall, so hopefully they'll get cold and put on some fucking pants.

really with hood lookin kids? haha weird. I dont mind it with suits and stuff with stylish black and white shoes, bright as shit white socks etc. but something with jeans just says no.

i don't personally roll like a homeless charlie dick rabble-rouser, but i think the return of the waistcoat/vest is IT. Can do without the flood pants, but the vests? Love em.
