actually that would look good. overdying the entire bag so the bag and patches are all black. the coloured patches throw me off big time... reminicent of old raf I know but i didnt feel it then and i dont now.

Im superfine with the patches, I might take it off first, dye it black, then sew it back. I just want the bag color to match the rest of my clothes. I do hope it's on the darker shade of grey.
