Does anyone here do Overhead Squats? I want to get a lot better at them. My max is only around 175, but my back squat is over 400 and FS is something like 275. With those numbers, I imagine I should be in the 250 range. My shoulders are generally strong, but I must be missing something.

Is anyone pretty good w/ them and could give me some tips?

I could do with a bit more weight, my form is quite good, starts to struggle at 92.5kg but anything less than that I have been told it is very good. I will try to get some video clips of my form, but for now I will de-load to 80kg and work my way up again.

5'11 and 154lbs seems pretty skinny to me. I imagine that your torso is long and it could creating some instability on your shoulders. do you have a strong core to support the weight?

Yeah. This. Still very skinny, I'm working on it.

Just started my third week of Stronglifts, first time doing deadlifts today (felt a bit intimidated by them to begin with). So far I've gained about 4kg and today my squat was 95kg (heaviest I've ever squat), all the rest of the numbers are very low, particularly bench and overhead press but are slowly going up.

I'm aiming for a lean 80kg and as strong as I can possibly get by september 2011 for the IBJJF London open BJJ comp. Right now I'm 80kg and a bit "soft", particularly around the middle.
