good places to shop in new york

hi ive jsut moved to new york and would likes some help on some good places to shop. I have checked most of the 'known' shops i think..such as the soho one..bathing ape, union etc etc..

could someone enlighten me about a good place to get shirts, western check shirts? old skool skiing sweaters, trainers/sneakers...or just any coll shops that need to be checked out..

your help would be much appreciated

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I usually check out Unis, Breakbeat Science, recently Odin, Steven Alan, as well as Nom de Guerre and Atrium when I go to NYC. Some midtown stores are decent as well, though not really streetwear oriented.
