what are some jeans with the dry denim look that aren't really dry denim??

You could always buy dry denim, then wash it once, and voila - it's dark as hell but no longer dry and starchy.

dry denim kills at first. I got a new pair of APC english, and man its gonna take some time to break those down. I have slept in in 2 night and not planning on washing them for a while

2 or 3 days? I'm at nearly 3 months in my RRDS and they are still hard as hell.

I have the nudies bootcut ola which is a fairly lightweight denim. It comes in the dry blue, but is soft and comfortable. I believe they also have the loose frank, which is a 11.5oz denim (I believe), which is the same denim as the bootcut ola. The ola has a pretty narrow fit, but I am sure if you bought one size up it would fit a little baggy.
