caliroots return policy?

Does anyone know what it is or have any experience dealing with them on returns? I want to buy some stuff but if it doesn't work out I don't want to be stuck with it.

I emailed them about their return policy. I remember them saying its a 14 day return policy and you have to pay for shipping. If you want to exchange something for like a different size, you pay for shipping, and they won't charge you again to send out the exchanged item. Hope that helps.
