well i can't technically hem it because it has zips at the bottom.

the inseam is actually 24" (from the crotch)

the rise is 13"

i usually wear 34" inseam and it looks perfectly fine because it's got a really low crotch.

also, even if you think they are slightly too short for you it will still good because in the promo photos (the last time i saw one, previous season) they appeared to be capri-esque.

I have these in red too if anyone is interested, same size haha. Yeah mine fit like that too. Too big. They will look way better on a 28-30. And they're supposed to be a bit short for high tops and shit, like the promos and shit.
