Size 46 but they could also fit a 48 depending how low you want to wear them. Each leg is made from 3 pieces of fabric so there's an extra seam in the back which goes all the way up because there's no waistband and no back pockets. They're half lined. 100% cotton.

I bought them at midwest when they came out and worn them maximum 10 times. I died them gray with a hint of blue, but the stitching stayed beige which is really cool). I still have the tags and extra buttons. Also reenforced the belt loops, but it doesn't really show, it's just stronger. I'd say the condition is 8/10.

Retail was around ¥70,000... asking 235$ shipped.
