WTB XS/36S formalwear/outerwear/jackets/coats

I'm a small dude looking for several things:

-A good wool coat, peacoat or zip-up both ok.

-A charcoal or navy suit

-blazers in any material or color

the catch is that they've got to either be a 36xs/36s, or cropped. looking for something along the lines of a 28-ish length collar to hem.

on the cheap side would be nice too.

xs brown "too tight" cord blazer — $250 (retails $450)
