Trovata x Vans dropped

Finally came out on firday, you can see pictures here...I am not that impressed, but the box sounds awesome. Barneys.com has them for sale in the co-op shoe section.

louis boston has them too, when i was there this past weekend. selling them for $125. the box is cool, but i'm not so keen on the actual shoe.

was talking to a friend from 'incu' (sydney) yesterday and he said they had a sample of the new trovata shoes in the office, i'm not 100% sure if they will stock them, but they pretty much stock most of the new trovata collections.

Anyone know where to find these in toronto? I know that Trovata wasnt sold in toronto, until this seasonm and i have already seen it at a few stores (caban, holts, tnt) but no shoes. the buyer for tnt blu happened to be in the day i was there and said they wont get them. I can call around and have a hook up in LA to pick them up for me, but I would really just like to be able to avoid the hassle. anyone know?
