How do I wear this sweater?

It's an old Lacoste shirt I acquired. It's a little big for my frame and the V is a bit too large to have a collared shirt look good underneath. Is there anything I can wear with this sweater to make it look good, or is it just a "lazing about the house" shirt at this point?

Wear it with a white button down and a black suit.

I like dj's idea. If the sleeves ever throw off the chest fit, wear a jacket.

Also, you could try rolling the sleeves so they don't bag as much.
