Can anyone help me identify these shoes?

I purchased a pair of shoes and they have no identifying tags on them. I am trying to find out who could have designed/manufactured these sandal shoes and what their style name could have been. I am attaching a picture to identify them. Thanks. 1) is this the correct forum to ask this question on this site or is there a better one?
