ok so i need help iding a pair of shoes i saw someone wearing today...its going to be tough tho lol

it was a moc-toed shoe, had a piece of leather going across it, it had laces and seemed to be relatively hi (like wallabees)...it was really slim and the sole seemed to be gum and had a circle on each sole, one shoe was a red circle, the other was a blue circle....

i wish i had asked the guy, but too late now...anyone have any clue??? thanks!!
