are those measurements with the garment laid completely flat? I just got two of this same piece (L/S and S/S) in a sz. 52, and they measure 20 inches pit to pit. If those measurements are on, I'd put this at about a LUC sz. 50...

Shirt is brand new from Sartorialoft. Shirt IS labeled a 54. Remeasuring and setting down over/over.

Clearly it was mislabeled or really out of whack size-wise because that's not a 54 in anyone's book.
