FS/FT: Samurai S710XX W28 w/ arcs and tab

Got a pair of Samurai S710XX's for sale, bought from 2nd through parachutes, so has the arcs and tab. I warm soaked them, and only tried them on, no other wear besides trying them on.

I think they are too slim for me, so I'm interested in a larger size, maybe 30 or even 31. If not, $260 shipped in the US or best offer.

Here are the post-soak measurements.

Waist: 14"

Inseam: 35.5"

Front Rise: 10"

Back Rise: 12.5"

Thigh: 10"

Hem: 7"

Is this the lot that measured tagged pre-soak? did they measure 28 pre-soak or 30?

This is the lot10 that measures closer to tagged size pre-soak, it was wider than 28" pre-soak however, but not close to 30" I left something in them to prevent the waist from shrinking too much, but it wasn't enough =/

they're too tight for me...so I can't really. I was able to try them on leg-wise, but I couldn't button them up.
