Bought them for a friend, didn't fit - too late to return/exchange. I knew they measured 3.5" larger than tagged but I didn't really consider it. If anyone has a 28, I'd trade but otherwise, I'm only looking for $150. (Or some APCs something for myself.)

they're new w/ tags. I'll take pics if someone's interested.
