It's like a snuff film or the sun, I know I shouldn't watch, but I can't help myself.

Anyone else have that problem?

I only watch the first couple weeks to see all the messes get their hopes and dreams wrecked.

same. watch the first 2 weeks then forget about it. actually i was watching it last week and even the 'laugh at the losers' segments sucked. it just seems to forced now, even the judges seem to just be going through the motions.

the early episodes are funny and often sad but quite entertaining, I'll admit to watching quite a few. these "finals" / concerts are quite repetitive and boring. will I watch them? probably.

i like to hear the people sing and the critique. i think simon usually has valid points, i rarely disagree with him.

i don't like the early episodes because i find the "bad" audition footage boring and uninteresting.

i like where stuff is now, where there's like 12 contestants left or whatever and they're performing every week.

im also in that category where i'll watch the first few episodes for the comedy. however, i'm surprised the show is still going strong, even the ones in the other countries

i hadn't heard it, thanks for posting. i agree that his version is better, his voice has more character. but overgrown-baby's version wasn't too shabby.

when did he ever claim it was his arrangement? in fact, in the results show, ryan "asexual" seacrest said something along the lines of, "chris cornell called and loved your version of his arrangement."
