searching the name of an actress!

hey guys, yesterday i watched a movie at 2 in the morning. it was a kind of a comedy and it was about a mother and her daughter. the mother is divorced and in the beginning of the movie she and her daughter visit the father. the father got married a second time and they had a daughter called cecilia or something like that. the father and her new wife die in a car accident. now it's up to the mother and the daughter to take care of cecilia, but they encounter a lot of problems (especially the daughter).

my problem is, i don't know the title. does anyone know this movie. the only reason i want to know that is because i think the daughter is so hot and i want to know her real name.

btw: in the movie the daughter has a relationship to a tutor who wants to study in italy and he wants the daughter to come with him.
