storing jeans - hang, fold, on floor?

so how do you guys store your jeans? and is there a proper way?

a) fold and stack

hanging ie folded in half and hung or clipped

c) hang by a belt loop

d) in a nice random pile on the floor

i have been usually doing d) but since im starting to buy more expensive jeans im thinking it might be worth my while taking better care of them.

i just hang from a beltloop. im dunno though... some necessary wrinkles could fall out specially cause i cant wear mine everyday.

I also hang by a belt loop but I saw a guy on here or styleforum who put his on clip hangers and displayed them on his wall which i'm considering doing.

buy two carabeeners [spelling?] and hang em on a wire or a rod for each pair....you can buy really small ones for like a buck or two at REI

if i had unlimited closet space, i'd hang them by the waist side with clipped hangers. this way the creases are preserved. unfortunately i don't, so i just let them lie on the floor or my dresser unfolded for my project jeans. for the others, i fold and stack them. i don't like to hang them at the half way mark because this creates a horizontal line right above the knee area if you leave them there for long.

My fiancee get 2.5 closets and I only get half of one! I usually lay the one I am currently wearing/breaking in out on the floor. I think I got the hangers from bed bath and beyond.
