I haven't had time to sort out what was great this year, but I just picked up the M.I.A. record (late pass) and it's BANGIN. It works a lot better than Arular.

It disappointed me in that I expected it to be face-murderingly awesome, and it was merely pretty darn good. I may have left it off the top ten because of lingering anger that jmatsu said I look like James Murphy minus the talent, or something.

I wasn't so impressed with Sound of Silver, it never really made a good impression with me. But fuck, All My Friends is so damn good.

That said, Justice's † is crazy.
