Average rate per room 30 USD (per person), Elements is cheap, clean, hip, and near a massive amount of bars and amazing food.

Phoenix Hotel:

Average rate per room is 109 USD, The Phoenix is where rock stars stay and trash rooms and throw their televisions into the pool. I’m serious. It’s beautiful and hectic, all at once.

Personally i'm very excited for this one mainly because of all the people i've heard coming from outside America for this event, it's going to be a fun and hectic 48 hours that weekend.

Also, Vallejo is about an 1 hour 15 minutes away from SF (but there is almost always traffic).

Honestly, those two are all you need if you're looking for super cheap.

Both are more on the adventurous side of things, as they're both party hotels to some extent.

By the way, what are you doing in Vallejo?

It's about 45 minutes North East of San Francisco.

Just act like you are going to Sacramento from San Francisco and you'll hit Vallejo on the way.

There's a toll bridge to get into vallejo.

Trafffffic... I'd estimate closer to an hour, now that I think of it.
