Not lined. It's such a sleezy jacket, I love it. I got a sample from a friend who worked for them for a while-no back patch on mine.

This is going clearance on alot of sites though, might need to drop the price to stay competitive. 29 year old pot head brother steez just isn't that big of a draw.
