the waistband is a typical sweatpant waistband with drawstring, so it should stretch to larger waist comfortably...i would say anyone up to a 33-34 could probably fit depending on how you would want to wear them.

Can you pls give me the length measurement? I have 4 pairs of material boy telletubbies - 3 size 1's and a size 2. Although the size 1's are better in the waist, they come up short, like 7/8s. The size 2 is perfect length-wise, I can wear them full length if I want. I guess that's what I'd want in these. I'm 6"3'
